Image Media Club – 23rd August 2026
The Image Media Club session was held on the forenoon of 23rd August 2026 at the Vidiyal Training Centre. Children watched Arathi, a documentary on Sivagami, an IAS officer and Dalit feminist who has authored several books and challenged the political system through her work and ideas.
The screening provided children with an opportunity to explore a powerful story of leadership, social justice, and challenging established systems. Following the screening, the children reflected on the documentary and discussed its themes and the questions it raised. The session was facilitated by Mr. Ganesan and Mr. Jesley Priyadharshan.
